What do we stand for?

CFMS was created with one core objective:

What do we do?

Our activities are structured around two underlying principles, both targeted at speeding up the rate of capability development:

These activities provide the organisations involved with CFMS with the information they require to deliver immediate business improvements, as well as providing an opportunity to shape longer-term developments.

Working closely with a wide range of organisations across a broad sectoral base, allows us to understand the long-term requirements of both users and developers. As a result we are ideally placed to identify and co-ordinate a targeted programme of research activities to deliver transformational change, and to encourage technology deployment.

We also offer the specialist facilities and support required to identify, develop, demonstrate and trial new systems and capabilities prior to their wide-scale deployment.
